Use this pre installation assessment checklist to identify site hazards, confirm safety controls, and note electrical issues before starting work. Technicians record hazards such as loose dogs, children, chemicals, narrow driveway, unsafe parking, trip hazards, bees or wasps, broken glass, rusty metal, height risks, asbestos, and rubbish. The form captures old or brittle cabling and other electrical hazards that could prevent installation. It also documents pre existing damage indoors, outdoors, and in ceiling spaces with photos. Finish with technician name, date, and signature.
