This PHQC10 template supports a complete pre delivery inspection and quality control audit for Pickerings Hire welfare units, towable offices and canteens, and storage containers. It covers interior checks such as floors, walls, ceilings, notice boards, doors and windows, as well as keys and furnishings. Electrical elements include consumer unit labeling, certificates, heaters, sockets, lighting and PAT testing. Plumbing and sanitation items include sinks, WHB, taps, WC, showers and urinals.
