Construction Stage HSSE Audit Form

This Construction Stage HSSE Audit Form (PEP 2.5 Appendix F) supports comprehensive site audits across 11 sections, including fencing and access control, demolition and structural alterations, contractor HSSE provisions, safety rules and requirements, PPE, retail fuels and hazardous area controls, hazardous works such as hot work and asbestos, confined spaces, working at height, excavations and ground works, and electrical safety. The checklist guides corrective actions with rectification categories (A-D) and is intended for project managers to complete between 25% and 75% of project progress. It helps ensure compliance, protect workers and the public, and document findings and recommendations.
