PT Slab Pre-Pour Inspection Checklist PCF-100
by Cassandra Cook, from the Community
Use this process control form to complete a pre-pour inspection for post-tensioned concrete slabs. Confirm anchorages and tendon counts, positioning, and profiles per drawings; check ducting, grout hoses, and sealed joints; verify sufficient jacking length; observe anti-burst reinforcement; and ensure builder engineer reports are received and all items closed out. Capture comments for any nonconformances and record signatures from the main contractor and leading hand before concrete is poured.
