This manlift checklist supports daily pre-use inspections for aerial lifts. It guides operators to confirm fluid levels such as engine oil, fuel, and hydraulic oil, test ground and platform controls, assess tires for cuts, pressure, and damage, check for hydraulic leaks and visible damage, and verify emergency systems including the electrical pump and emergency stop. It also covers platform condition, siren or horn, and radiator cleaning. Defects must be reported immediately and equipment must not be operated without management approval. Completed inspections should be submitted to the safety department.
