A comprehensive property assessment checklist to support health, safety, wellbeing and compliance during energy retrofit projects and technical surveys. It guides surveyors through site access and egress, external and internal hazards, rear access for measures such as scaffold, external wall insulation and solar PV, and resident considerations including pets, hoarding and smoking. The template includes asbestos screening, electrical checks such as fuse board access and earth bonding, gas meter and water stop tap access and bonding, and overall cleanliness and obstruction checks. It concludes with customer explanation of measures, questions, and customer and surveyor sign off.
