This Construction Site Audit checklist is designed for visiting contracts managers to assess foundations and piling operations. It covers welfare and site setup, job-specific checks such as permits to dig and piling platform certificates, piling mat levels, setting out status, and integrity testing. It includes storage and movement of materials, health and safety compliance (PPE, first aid, fire extinguishers), and required paperwork including plant inspections, toolbox talks, subcontractor tickets, delivery notes, pile logs, method statements and RAMS. Equipment checks address rig ancillaries, harnesses and lanyards, plant condition, fuel and maintenance. Space is provided for comments and site visit photos.
