This Monash City Council template supports Regulation 89 report and consent for front fence works. It guides inspectors through a street survey, recording application address and number, inspector name, date, and signature. For each property along the street, capture street number, fence type, fence height, and photos to document existing conditions. Use the compiled survey to evidence compliance and inform the council’s report and consent decision under Regulation 89.
