It covers minimum standards, access and egress, fire and emergency arrangements, excavations and underground services, manhole and floor void protection, working at height and harness control, ladders, stair and lift shaft openings, Peri-Up and Tammet access systems, housekeeping and materials storage, lifting operations and accessories, temporary works and concrete pumping, tools, lighting and electrical safety, mechanical plant checks, environmental and COSHH controls, PPE requirements including hearing protection and RPE, and welfare facilities compliance. This Modebest Project Office Inspection V1 checklist helps construction project teams verify safety, compliance, and quality controls across site operations. It covers accidents and near-miss reporting, RAMS availability and reviews, subcontractor approvals and Friday packs, and comprehensive rescue plans for working at height, tower cranes, slip form, excavations, and confined spaces. It includes checks on lifting operations, LOLER and SMIE records, PUWER and PAT registers, plant and excavation inspections, and required consents. Training and competency are reviewed for CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS, IPAF, harness, FaceFit, and system-specific training.
