This construction site checklist helps teams inspect occupational health and safety and environmental controls across work sites. It covers induction, project documentation, amenities, first aid readiness, personal protective equipment, excavation and trenching requirements, plant and equipment condition, daily inspections, operator competency, site safety controls such as hazard analysis, traffic and warning signs, lighting, and service locates, plus environmental measures including erosion and sediment controls and limiting clearing to the site. Use it to capture findings, note defects, and sign off inspections for regular compliance checks.
