This MEWP inspection report helps teams assess mobile elevated working platforms before use. Verify operator training and licensing, test operating and emergency controls, interlocks, foot pedal, spring lock, and two-hand controls. Check emergency lowering, inadvertent operation protection, clear labeling, motion alarm, decals, guard rails, and platform condition. Inspect locking pins, structure for damage or leaks, tyres, brakes, grounding strap, and confirm the manufacturer’s manual is onboard. Record findings and comments.
