This practical QA checklist guides teams through 2nd fix rainwater and soil vent pipe (SVP) stack testing. Record site details, date, preparer, and location. Identify the stack number per schematic, then insert test bags above the highest branch and below the lowest branch. Set up the test rig and perform a 38 mm U gauge pressure check, capturing a photo at the start and another after three minutes. Document whether the stack passed, and obtain the engineer’s signature to complete sign-off. Ideal for on-site verification and documentation during the second fix phase.
