This loft insulation report template supports end-to-end installation documentation. Capture pre-installation details and mandatory photos of the property, loft hatch (open/closed), roof felt, original insulation depth, lighting, bathrooms, ventilation, pipes, and tanks. During installation, log images of installers at work, insulation rolls used, and any pipe and tank insulation or downlighter work. Post-installation, record loft-wide images, hatch draught-proofing and insulation, measured insulation thickness, insulated pipework, wedges, tanks, eaves, F-rated caps, and warning signs. Finish with occupant satisfaction, names, and signatures. Includes reference to ECO Technical Monitoring (F157) for compliance.
