Lane Cove Council Piers, Footing and Slab Inspection Report

This inspection report template supports council and site inspectors in assessing piers, footings and concrete slabs prior to pour. It aligns with BCA Part 3.2.2 and AS2870 requirements, covering site preparation, bearing capacity, vapour barrier installation and lapping, steel reinforcement sizing, cover and laps, drop-edge rebates, re-entrant corner control, finished floor levels, and termite barriers. It also prompts for structural engineer certificates, peg-out surveys to confirm footing and slab positions and RLs, restoration of cut and fill, and boundary retaining wall design where required. Record results and any additional works needed before re-inspection.
