L Traffic HSE Site Inspection Report

This free HSE site inspection checklist helps project teams assess health, safety and environmental compliance on active construction and traffic management sites. Review offices and welfare amenities, signage, training, risk assessments, toolbox talks and statutory registers. Verify housekeeping, segregation, temporary works, lighting, fire safety, PPE and public protection. Inspect plant and equipment, work at height controls, ladders and mobile towers, lifting accessories, electrical supplies and cable management. Evaluate excavations, vehicular movements, COSHH, manual handling, asbestos, lone working, and environmental controls including noise, dust, waste and hazardous storage. Capture findings, assign actions by priority, and return a signed copy to the project lead to close out issues quickly.
