This knock up job complete QA checklist helps installers verify cabinet carcasses, doors, drawers, and hardware before handover. Inspect carcasses for damage, alignment, feet orientation, hinge plates, and drawer runners, including pot drawer screws. Confirm tall units and open shelves are knocked up and flush. Check doors for correct hinges, bump-ons, and damage. Validate drawers are assembled correctly and secure any leftover hardware. Follow site process: label and store carcasses by room, stack fillers, kickers, and panels neatly, remove stickers from carcasses and shelves, protect floors, and keep the area clean. Capture photos of all components, record issues, and determine pass or fail, with installer sign-off.
