Use this practical checklist to assess curtain wall and patent glazing work during construction. Confirm risk assessments and method statements are in place, verify setting out and datum marks, and ensure contact surfaces are compatible. Check mullion and transom alignment, fixings to structure, and end sealing. Review DPM placement and joints at parapets and cills. Ensure glass is correctly packed, gaskets and sealant are clean and secure, and windows and doors operate smoothly.
