Jobsite Checklist

This jobsite checklist helps construction teams plan and document site conditions and work. Capture project and customer details, installation type, working site status, areas and substrates, rooms and corridors, and measurements for repairs, coves, drains, cracks, joints, lines, markings, and ramps. Plan preparation tasks such as shot blasting, scarifying, grinding, and key chasing. Verify working site facilities, power, access, storage, and lighting. Confirm HSE requirements including inductions, waste management, welfare facilities, working at height, and confined spaces. Include additional planning notes, photo evidence, and annexes. All additional work requires approval by the Territory or Construction Manager.
