Use this checklist to guide project closeout and handover. It covers meeting with the supervisor, off hiring plant and welfare, thorough site inspection, snagging and sign off, scaffold removal, site cleaning and waste removal, client meeting and satisfaction survey, and removing signage. It includes administrative steps such as printing the job card, reviewing the original quotation, recording extras, summarizing budget, total cost and variances, investigating overspend or excess hours, and comparing labor hours to actuals. Finalize the completion form, capture unquoted work, sign and date, organize the job folder for compliance review, and pass documents to the compliance manager.
