This contractor induction form for InstallAus (V2.0) guides new installers through compliance and onboarding. Applicants provide personal details and emergency contact, upload an OHS Construction Induction card and driver’s licence, and supply banking and business entity information (ABN/ACN). Safety compliance includes photos of equipment (e.g., saw guard), electrical item registers, asset lists for battery tools, and insurance certificates (public liability, workers compensation, personal income where applicable). Competency checks cover SWMS and prestart, test and tag, ladder ratings, housekeeping, manual handling, PPE readiness, and site rules on smoking, drugs and alcohol. Contractors must also complete and upload external builder inductions for Simonds, Metricon (metricon101), and Burbank. A signature is required to confirm understanding before commencing work.
