Cubre espacios de trabajo y vías de evacuación, almacenamiento y orden, condiciones ambientales, servicios higiénicos, protección contra incendios, y escaleras y plataformas. Incluye verificación de máquinas y equipos conforme a RD 1215/1997, iluminación e instalación eléctrica según RD 486/1997, gestión de productos químicos, gases a presión y almacenamiento de combustible. Contempla uso y mantenimiento de EPI y pautas de ergonomía. Integra campos de referencia de auditoría, observaciones, acciones correctivas y firmas de auditor y auditado.
