Training Needs Analysis - Operations Manager IMSF-106
by Alan Winchester, from the Community
This IMSF-106 Training Needs Analysis Assessment helps evaluate Operations Managers responsible for asbestos-related works. It covers planning and executing plans of work, PPE and RPE use, site setup and fault finding, controlled stripping techniques, plant and equipment, decontamination and transit procedures, cleaning and clearance, emergency response, waste management and disposal, and non-asbestos hazard control. Based on HSG 247 modules, it guides assessors to reference evidence, document findings, capture photos, and score competency to identify strengths and training needs.
