ICS Facility Audit Checklist

This ICS Facility Audit checklist helps evaluate safety and compliance across facilities such as shops, warehouses, and prefab areas. It covers management activities (first aid readiness, safety programs, OSHA postings, toolbox talks), access and housekeeping, stairways and ladders, PPE, and general ergonomics. Fire protection includes extinguisher access and tagging, illuminated and unobstructed exits, and control of combustibles. Electrical checks include panel clearance, labeling, GFCI use, grounding, and proper wiring. Storage covers pallet condition, rack security, sprinkler clearance, and safe stacking. Machinery and equipment sections include forklift training, daily inspections, manuals, and barricades. Additional items include maintenance yard controls, air quality, spill kits, annual hazmat training, eyewash/shower availability, and space for general comments.
