This home ready inspection form helps site and sales teams verify a new build is complete and presentable before home demonstration and handover. It covers external works (driveways, paths, brickwork/render, rainwater goods, fencing, landscaping), internal rooms by area (bedrooms, ensuites, bathroom, lounge, dining, hall, stairs, landing) with checks for paint, glazing, doors, windows, lights and finishes. It includes kitchen and utility checks for appliances, worktops, seals and services; central heating and ventilation tests; cylinder cupboard and roof space checks; garage installation standards; cleaning readiness; and paperwork such as EPC, electrical, air tightness, ventilation certificates, appliance serials and warranties, plus NHBC.
