This jetting van vehicle audit checklist helps crews verify readiness, safety, and compliance before operations. It covers crew induction and training, PPE requirements, cab cleanliness and hygiene, and availability and currency of safety equipment including first aid kit, fire extinguisher, gas detector, eyewash, spill kit, and spare safety glasses. It also checks essential jetting tools such as stand pipe, hydrant fill hose, chlorine tablets, manhole bars and keys, disinfectant, hand lance, jetting heads, desilt bomb, and nozzle tools. Operational checks include pressure gauge accuracy, hose condition, clearly labeled switches, functioning beacons, availability of traffic cones, and Chapter 8 road signs.
