Daily Construction Jobsite Inspection Report

This daily jobsite inspection report helps construction teams verify site safety and compliance. It covers fall protection controls including rebar caps, perimeter guardrails, lift tie-offs, and labeled hole covers; scaffold setup and access; electrical safety such as GFCIs, grounded tools, labeled breakers, and panel covers; required PPE; ladder setup and use; heavy equipment and vehicle practices; excavation safety with sloping, trench boxes, and ladder access; hand and power tool safeguards; emergency procedures with posted contacts, directions, and first aid; barricades and required postings; stairs and walkway conditions; welding and cutting precautions and cylinder storage; fire prevention and extinguisher checks; crane and hoist requirements including inspections, operators, outriggers, and rigging; powder-actuated tool controls; hazard communication with labeled containers and MSDS; and overall housekeeping. Use it to identify hazards, document issues, and drive corrective actions.
