Use this construction health, safety and environmental site inspection template to assess legal compliance and identify non-compliances across active worksites. Review administration and welfare facilities, housekeeping, site security and public interface, and safe use of plant and machinery. Verify controls for work at height, temporary works (BS 5975), lifting operations (LOLER), work equipment (PUWER), COSHH, fire safety and emergency arrangements. Check electrical safety and occupational health risks including noise, vibration and manual handling. Confirm PPE standards and environmental and waste management. Capture findings, positive interventions and corrective actions, with auditor and auditee sign-off.
