Conduct comprehensive live site health and safety audits with this checklist tailored for field engineers and supervisors. Verify first impressions and vehicle readiness, perform site inductions, and confirm CDM 2015 documentation including RAMS and Construction Phase Plans. Assess environmental controls for dust, noise, COSHH and waste. Review working at height practices across MEWPs, towers, ladders, scaffolds and roof work, including permits, harnesses and anchor points. Check manual handling, electrical isolation, equipment condition, and required PPE. Ensure signage, barriers and cordons protect the public. Address asbestos, vibration and lighting risks.
