The HCL-HSF00 Safety Health and Environmental Inspection Form is a comprehensive construction site SHEQ audit checklist. Use it to verify closeout of previous actions, site administration, RAMS, inductions, competencies, plant checks and toolbox talks. Assess controls for asbestos, welfare and offices, temporary electrics, PAT, fire safety, first aid and emergency response. Review personal safety including PPE, noise, HAVS and manual handling. Inspect working at height equipment such as scaffolds, towers, podiums, ladders and MEWPs, fragile surfaces and permits. Cover confined spaces, temporary works, lifting operations and traffic management. Check excavation safety, COSHH controls, dust and RPE, flammable storage and gas separation. Evaluate environmental practices such as waste management, segregation and spill control, and record quality issues and complaints with sign-offs.
