General Site Safety Inspection Checklist

Use this general site safety inspection checklist to evaluate site access and egress, inductions and booking compliance, PPE and fall protection condition, statutory inspections for ladders, lifts, anchor points and fire extinguishers, housekeeping and slip trip fall hazards, tool and equipment condition and calibration, hot work controls and fire prevention, electrical safety including PAT status, cable management, isolation and zero energy checks, and emergency arrangements such as muster points, first aid, defib and radios. Rate each item compliant, partially compliant, or non compliant, add notes, and discuss findings with the team and area manager.
