It includes project particulars, principal contractor management, site documentation and RAMS, inductions and training, fire and emergency controls, work equipment, and multiple working at height methods including scaffolds, towers, MEWPs and ladders. It assesses cranes, lifting accessories and hoists, noise and vibration exposure, welfare facilities, first aid readiness and incident reporting, storage of tools and materials, waste management and environmental protection, and overall site conditions including housekeeping, signage and security.
