Use this scaffold inspection record template to document working platform and edge protection checks and comply with the Work at Height Regulations 2005. Capture the company or person commissioning the inspection, the scaffold location and description, date and time, identified risks to health and safety, actions taken, further actions required, and inspector name and position. Confirm whether work can proceed safely and log any observations. Recommended use includes before first use, after significant alteration, at least every seven days from the last inspection, and after adverse weather or events that may affect strength or stability.
