Deze FZ Werkbon FAT is een praktische werkbon en checklijst voor installatie, FAT en inbedrijfstelling van HVAC/warmtepomp units. Onderwerpen zijn o.a. serienummer ICEM en gatewaynummer, metingen aan Wielandstekker en SEM-kast, borging en kabelrail, aandraaien van automaat-verbindingen, IB brandpreventie checklist, filtervervanging, omdraaien van flowmetersensoren, visuele unitcheck, controle van luchtslangen en waterdruk (bijvullen en bar noteren). Nacontrole omvat o.a. boilersensor correct plaatsen en tapen, controle van driewegklep, Procon Modbus en sensoren op de Ecodan printplaat, heatpump-relais inschakelen en 5 minuten wachten op verwarmingslogo. Afsluiting registreert begin- en eindtijd, eventuele vervolgacties en handtekeningen van monteur en bewoner.
