It verifies competence and notifications, area isolation, overhead services, fire systems, weather and wind limits, and edge and fragile-surface protection. Sections cover roof anchor points, harness and lanyard inspections, rescue planning, MEWP licensing and certificates, scaffold design and tagging, PASMA tower setup, FLT cage requirements, and ladder suitability and securing.
