This Fall Protection Checklist aligns with AFI 91-203 and helps verify controls for working at heights. It covers thresholds for fall protection, evaluation of active and passive controls, Job Safety Analysis coordination, PFAS component markings to ANSI Z359.1, anchorage strength requirements, pre-use and periodic inspections, post-impact removal from service, training and annual refresher requirements, and inclusion of a prompt rescue plan.
