Fall Protection Stacker Brackets Certification
This certification checklist validates an employee's ability to safely install and remove stacker bracket roof railing systems. It covers pre-use inspections of brackets, clamps, posts, end gates and scaffold planks; correct assembly with support braces; placement per the roof railing plan; safe installation of guardrail posts, planks and guardrails from a secured ladder; installation of end rails and hip roof procedures; and safe disassembly, cleanup and storage. Includes trainer and employee sign-off, photo evidence, and a Spanish translation note to support comprehensive training and compliance.
