Use this PAS assessment template for housing surveys to capture survey type, site details, client and resident information, property tenure, type and age, storeys, and occupancy. Record existing energy efficiency measures and usage, provide guidance, and evaluate the condition of external walls, roof, windows, internal walls, and floors. Check for damp, condensation, and mould. Assess ventilation in habitable rooms and wet rooms, including undercuts, purge ventilation, trickle vents, and extractor fans in living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and WC. Add photos and finish with surveyor signature.
