Elite Safety Audit Checklist 2017

This Elite Safety Audit 2017 checklist is designed for construction job sites to evaluate safety performance and compliance. It covers administrative requirements, IIF practices, supervision involvement, stretch and flex, MTA documentation, toolbox talks, first aid and health, and required OSHA postings. Technical sections assess PPE, fall protection systems, guardrails, hand and power tools, electrical controls, chemical and fire hazards, rigging and signaling, crane operations, walls and formwork storage, respiratory hazards and silica controls, scaffolds, ladders and stairways, framing/forming, stripping and reshoring, housekeeping, skip pans/trash boxes/outriggers, heavy equipment and trucking, and office trailer safety.
