Electrical Installation Condition Report EICR

This Electrical Installation Condition Report template helps electricians and inspectors document the condition of an electrical installation in line with BS 7671 2018 IET Wiring Regulations. Capture details of the client and premises, the reason for the report, inspection dates, and the extent and limitations of testing. Record supply characteristics, earthing and bonding particulars, main switch or RCD data, and schedules of inspection and test results. Provide a summary of overall condition and suitability for continued use, then issue recommendations using C1 danger present, C2 potentially dangerous, C3 improvement recommended, or FI further investigation required. Includes declaration and authorization sections to formally sign off the report.
