This roofing safety inspection checklist supports management walkarounds on active roofing projects. It guides Safety Directors and foremen through checks on general housekeeping, walkways and openings, material storage, PPE, fall protection systems, ladders, tools and equipment, electrical safety, and crew behavior. It includes a brief worker interview to confirm safety knowledge, space to note issues and corrective actions, and sign-off by the Safety Director and site foreman.
