This construction site survey template helps teams assess a location before installation or project work begins. Capture goods lift dimensions and weight limits, parking availability and height restrictions, and the nearest suitable parking. Document installation constraints including drilling restrictions, quiet hours, hot works permit procedures, and any asbestos present after checking the register. Note specific PPE requirements, available welfare facilities such as toilets, drinkable water and tea or coffee points, and waste disposal arrangements.
