Daily Pre-Start Meeting and Hazard ID Checklist
by Jason Penney, from the Community
Use this daily pre-start and hazard identification checklist to run toolbox talks, outline the day’s work plan, capture issues from previous shifts, and assess risks before work begins. Document hazards across health and safety and environmental aspects including atmospheric, biological, chemical, electrical, traffic and mobile plant, fire and explosion, gravitational, manual handling, mechanical, pressure, psychosocial, radiation, thermal, earthworks, vegetation management, and waste. Assign critical control measures, add notes and photos, and record attendance for compliance.
