This crane rigging inspection checklist is for lattice boom cranes and must be completed by the responsible crane operator when rigging or reconfiguring. It guides operators through pre erection checks for crawlers or outriggers, counterweights, derrick, main boom, jib, runner, and luffing systems. It verifies correct pins, pendants, reeving, rope spooling, and hook block setup, and confirms SLI configuration, limit switches, anemometer, aircraft warning lights, and fuel and fluid levels. Record site and crane details, configuration, and approvals. Store the form in the Crane Inspection documents folder, send a copy to the project manager, and log the inspection in the Safety Inspection Record booklet.
