Use this crane inspection report checklist to guide thorough visual and functional checks across key systems and components. Sections cover general condition, powerplant, electrical, cooling and fuel systems, transmission and torque converter, hydraulics, steering, tires and wheels, car body or crawler assembly, carrier frame, outriggers, counterweight, and cab. It also includes load indicator and anti two block, main and auxiliary load blocks, boom hydraulic or lattice assemblies, jib and attachments, boom support and turntable, rotating upper structure, hoists, wire ropes, and both no load and load tests. Capture findings, note defects, and document test results to support safe crane operation and maintenance.
