Inspect your LRT275D crane before, during, and after shifts with this daily operator checklist. Confirm registration and permits, operator competency, emergency controls, wire ropes, brakes, and safety interlocks. Verify level setup, load capacity and radius, site hazards, markings, PPE, and exclusion zones. During operations, ensure clear radio or hand signals, a competent signal person, load indicators and motion limiters, suitable lifting gear, and safe cabin access. After the job, secure the crane, remove loads, park and disable motions, raise the hook, remove keys, and allow the boom to weathervane when safe. Capture photo evidence, note defects, and record recommendations to improve crane safety.
