Mining Compliance Inspection Checklist

Conduct weekly site compliance visits in high risk mining areas using this checklist. Inspect doors and windows, waste separation, housekeeping, spills, wildlife signs, equipment placement, cement bag storage, fuel tanks, hoses, connections, liners, berm capacity, cylinder storage, refueling bays, effluent locations, pipelines, barge condition, and outdoor prill storage. Cover site zones including lay-downs, crusher ROM, underground areas, tank farms, pit shops, dikes, and seasonal checks such as snow dumps, docks, collection ponds, and vegetation plots. Record findings, add photos, rate compliance, capture actions, and complete closure and sign off. Includes weekly seepage monitoring steps and SCRP pond water level checks.
