This foreman weekly safety audit checklist helps construction teams verify site safety and compliance across critical areas. It covers program administration and weekly paperwork, first aid readiness, housekeeping and storage, fire prevention, PPE, fall protection, and hazard communication. Equipment and task-specific checks include flammable gases and liquids, cranes and hoists, electrical safety, hand and power tools, barricades, ladders, mobile scaffolding, aerial lifts, and full scaffolding requirements such as planking, guard rails, and base plates or mud sills. The audit also prompts hazard awareness when exposing others, when crews are exposed, and public exposure, and includes sections for notes, media capture, and foreman signature to document findings and corrective actions.
