by Josh Prather, from the Community

Downloads: 0

This carpentry weekly inspection checklist helps crews maintain a safe, compliant work area. Review first aid kits, fire extinguishers, lighting, electrical circuits and cords, eyewash stations, storage and housekeeping, restrooms, exit signage and egress, and tool condition with guards. Confirm chemicals are labeled and recorded in the SDS and that appropriate PPE is available, used, and in good condition. Use this template to standardize weekly carpentry safety checks and document issues for follow‑up.
