Confirm management documentation on site, including project management plan, SWMS, inspection test plan, toolbox minutes, induction records, approved construction plans, and One Call documentation. Assess OHS controls such as PPE, barricading, first aid, traffic control and signage, as well as excavation and trenching safeguards, confined space permits and competencies, and equipment logbooks and safety features. Record environmental controls for runoff, dust, noise, and tree protection. Capture findings, comments, and photo records to support compliance.
