This Broadland Business Incident DRA is a dynamic risk assessment checklist to use on first attending an incident. It guides users to stop and survey hazards, assess what could go wrong, implement controls, and only proceed when safe and authorized. It covers hazards such as trauma exposure, biohazards, fire, chemicals, flooding, explosive atmospheres, asbestos, unstable structures, violence, falling objects, and live electrical risks. The checklist prompts liaison with emergency services and management, permission to enter incident areas, PPE checks, safe vehicle positioning, and continuous reassessment as conditions change.
